תיאור קצר: מחקר שלב 3 אקראי, כפול סמיות של פמברוליזומאב אל מול פלצבו בשילוב עם טיפול כימותרפי אדג'ובנטי, עם או בלי טיפול בקרינה, לטיפול בסרטן רירית הרחם בסיכון גבוה שאובחן לאחרונה, לאחר ניתוח למטרת ריפוי

תנאי קבלה עיקריים: INC: -histologically confirmed new diagnosis of Endometrial Carcinoma or Carcinosarcoma (Mixed Mullerian Tumor)at high risk for reoccurrence High risk for recurrent disease defined as: • FIGO Stage I-II with myometrial invasion of non-endometrioid histology: serous, clear cell, mucinous, un-/dedifferentiated, squamous cell, mixed epithelial, and carcinosarcoma • FIGO Stage I-II with myometrial invasion of any histology with known aberrant p53 expression or p53 mutation (~ serous-like) • FIGO Stage III/IVA of any history -Undergone curative intent surgery hysterectomy & bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy within 8 weeks of randomization -Disease free – no evidence of loco-regional disease or distant metastasis – no residual tumor -Has not received any radiation or systemic therapy, including immunotherapy or hormonal therapy EXC: - recurrent endometrical carcinoma or carcinosarcoma - uterine mesenchymal tumor such as an endometrial stromal sarcoma, leiomyosarcoma, or other types of pure sarcomas. and adenosarcomas - surgical Stage I/II EC of endometrioid histology without a known aberrant p53 expression or p53 mutation -know to have POLE mutation -Has FIGO Stage IVB disease of any histology even if there is no evidence of disease after surgery
