Tenth Call for Proposals on Scientific and Technological Cooperation

(Scientific Track 2021)

A.  AREAS OF COOPERATION

Within the framework of the Agreement on Industrial, Scientific and Technological Research and Development Cooperation between Italy and Israel (hereinafter called the "Agreement”) and in particular under the Subcommittee for Scientific Cooperation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (referred to hereafter as "MAECI”), the Directorate General for Cultural and Economic Promotion and Innovation for the Italian side and the Israeli Ministry of Science and Technology (referred to hereafter as "MOST”) – referred to hereafter as "the Parties” – are providing financial support for joint Italian-Israeli research projects carried out by scientists from the two countries. Italian-Israeli research teams are hereby invited to submit joint research proposals in the following areas:

1.    Health Applications of Artificial Intelligence;

2.   Development of climate resilient crops under the global change scenario of the Mediterranean Basin;

מועד אחרון להגשת ההצעות:

1.     המועד האחרון להגשת הצעות על ידי החוקריםבאמצעות המערכת המקוונת (קדמת המדע) אל מרכז הפעילות במוסד הוא יום רביעי, ה- 3.2.2021 עד השעה 15:00. לאחר מועד זה תיסגר המערכת בפני החוקרים ולא תהיה אפשרות עוד להגיש הצעות. לאחר הגשת ההצעה על ידי החוקר היא תעבור לאישור המוסד, אשר יוכל לערוך בה שינויים ותיקונים.

2.     המועד האחרון להגשת הצעות על ידי המוסדות יום יום רביעי, ה- 10.2.2021 עד השעה 15:00. (להלן – המועד הקובע). זהו המועד בו נדרשים המוסדות לאשר את ההצעות באמצעות המערכת המקוונת (קדמת המדע)  באופן סופי. הצעה אשר לא תאושר ותוגש במערכת המקוונת על ידי המוסד עד למועד זה – לא תידון.

הערה: נכון למועד פרסום קול קורא זה טרם אושר תקציב המדינה לשנת 2021 ולכן לא קיים תקציב לביצוע התקשרות נשוא קול קורא זה.

בהגשת הצעה לקול קורא זה מאשר המציע והמוסד כי הוא מודע לכך שבמידה ותקציב המדינה לא יאושר עד המועד האחרון להגשת ההצעות, יתעכב הליך הבדיקה שלהן בהתאם.
